All Art Is Made to Order

Because each piece is made just for you, we don’t accept
returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases
. Every artwork is produced
individually through Printify’s global network of print partners, which allows
for sustainable, on-demand creation—but also means we can't restock or resell
returned items.

Please double-check your selection before you
order—especially sizing, materials, and framing options. If you have questions
or need help choosing, feel free to reach out. I'm here to help guide you.

 

Need to Cancel or Edit an Order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact me at peter@peterashworth.com
within 2 hours of placing it. After that, your artwork enters production
and can no longer be modified.

 

Damaged or Faulty Prints

Your art is carefully packed and shipped to arrive in
perfect condition—but if something arrives damaged, faulty, or not quite right,
please contact me within 14 days. Include your order number and clear
photos of the item and packaging.

If the issue is confirmed, I’ll issue a free replacement
or refund
—whichever you prefer.

 

 

Color Variations

Every effort is made to match colors as closely as possible
to the original artwork and product images. However, lighting and screen
settings can cause minor variations. If something feels off, try viewing your
piece in different lighting. Still concerned? Let me know and I’ll personally
review your case.
