This website is operated by Peter Ashworth Art, a division of Humanity One, a U.S. Public Benefit Corporation (EIN: 86-1631199) registered in Delaware, USA. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Peter Ashworth Art.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional terms, policies, and notices referenced herein or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site.
Please read them carefully. By accessing or using any part of this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access the website or use our Services.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our products and services to you.
1. Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have obtained parental or guardian consent to use this site. You may not use our products or services for any unlawful purpose or violate any applicable laws. Violation of any Terms may result in immediate termination of your access to Services.
2. General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your non-credit-card content may be transferred unencrypted and adapted to meet technical requirements. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.
3. Accuracy, Completeness & Timeliness of Information
We are not responsible if information on this site is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. It is provided for general information purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions.
4. Modifications to the Service & Prices
Prices, product offerings, and availability are subject to change without notice. We are not liable for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of any product or service.
5. Products or Services
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through our website. These items may have limited quantities and are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
We make every effort to display product images and colors accurately, but we cannot guarantee visual accuracy across all screens or devices.
We reserve the right to limit sales to any person, region, or jurisdiction and to discontinue products at any time.
6. Production & Shipping
Our fine art prints and merchandise are produced and fulfilled by Printify.com, one of the world’s leading print-on-demand networks. We have selected Printify for their exceptional print quality standards and global network of print partners, which helps reduce shipping time and carbon emissions by producing orders closer to the delivery destination.
While we strive to ensure every piece meets our quality standards, minor variations in color, brightness, or alignment may occur due to the nature of digital printing and screen calibration differences.
If you experience any issues with print quality or damage in transit, please contact us at peter@peterashworth.com within 15 days of receipt so we can assist you.
Estimated shipping times provided on our site are best estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on regional carrier performance, customs processing, and global logistics conditions. In rare cases, shipping may take longer than specified or may not be available in certain locations.
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs inspections, or international delivery restrictions outside our control.
7. Returns & Refunds
Because each art print and product is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives defective, damaged, or materially different from its description.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at peter@peterashworth.com within 15 days of receipt with your order number and photos of the issue.
If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return Policy.
Please note:
- We cannot accept returns for change of mind, sizing preferences, or slight color variations.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once your claim has been reviewed and approved.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
For detailed procedures, see our Return & Refund Policy page.
8. Discounts & Promotional Offers
Discounts must be applied at checkout and may not be combined with other offers. Promotions are subject to change or termination without notice.
9. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where incorrect information, suspected fraud, or unauthorized use occurs.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete purchase and account information for all transactions.
10. Optional Tools & Third-Party Integrations
We may provide access to third-party tools or integrations (e.g., payment processors, fulfillment providers) “as is” and without any warranty or endorsement. Use of these tools is at your own risk, and you should review their own terms and privacy policies.
