What if my print arrives damaged or defective?
If your art print or canvas print arrives damaged or with a printing issue, please email us within 15 days of delivery at support@peterashworth.art with your order number and clear photos of the problem. We’ll quickly arrange a replacement print or find the best resolution for you.
Do you accept returns or refunds for change of mind?
Because every artwork is produced on demand, we’re unable to process returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases. We recommend confirming sizing, color, and framing options before placing your order. If you’d like personalized guidance, our team is here to help.
Can I exchange my order for a different size or finish?
Each art print and canvas print is custom-made, so exchanges aren’t possible once production begins. However, if your order hasn’t yet gone
into production, contact us right away—we’ll see what’s possible.
How long do replacements take?
Once your replacement order is approved, it’s typically printed and shipped within 7–14 business days, depending on your location and
carrier times. You’ll receive a new tracking link once it’s on the way.
