HOW WE SHIP
We understand how eager you are to receive your new artwork, so prioritize getting it to you quickly, smoothly, cost-effectively, and shipping damage free.
Each art piece you purchase is typically reproduced/printed at my highly professional contracted print-on-demand facilities located in the USA or at one of 75+ print locations around the world… before being shipped directly to you.
We typically print your art or merchandize locally at the facility closest to you, to ensure faster delivery, while minimizing our carbon footprint. Printing typically starts 1-2 hours after you complete your order, and after a brief printing process, usually of 1-3 days, your order is packaged and shipped, typically taking 5-14 days or less to reach your location. This strategic approach minimizes shipping costs and allows for affordable delivery worldwide, while avoiding any potential delays or costs in the US or internationally through customs.
Our shipping process prioritizes quality service to ensure timely and satisfactory delivery. Shipping prices are determined by factors such as location, shipping method, and product type, with special considerations for US territories, Europe, the UK, North and South America, Asia, and the Arab Countries, and prices are set by the shipper, not by myself. In the rare event of shipping damage, please contact me promptly @ peter@peterashworth.com. I will do my very best to resolve the problem, and do my best to replace the reproduction art if needed.
ORIGINAL ART
If you purchase a piece of my original art, this will be packaged by me, and shipped or delivered directly to you from my studio. For original art, please contact me to discuss best shipping and delivery arrangements.
